How financing access to energy becomes a viable and sustainable business.

On December 1st 2015 GIIN and FMO will host the last quarterly meeting of 2015. This session will be on how to finance sustainable, renewable energy in challenging markets. Three experts will share their experiences and welcome all questions and a good debate.

The program looks as follows

    This project is situated in the south-eastern part of Pakistan in the province of Sindh. Its provincial capital, Karachi, is the largest city of Pakistan and among the world’s largest megacities. The solar project financed by FMO makes use of innovative bi-facial solar panels, which increase total energy generation. This is the first time that bi-facial solar panels are utilized in Pakistan

Zo breidde de bank haar ondersteuning in het retail segment uit om via het scheppen van banen de lokale economie te ondersteunen, en werd ze een koploper op het gebied van vrouwenfinanciering en -dienstverlening.
